Leadomatic will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Leadomatic offers various subscription plans, which grant access to different levels of service and features. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of registration and according to the payment schedule (monthly, yearly, etc.) chosen.

Billing: Payment will be charged to your designated payment method. Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.Refund Policy: Leadomatic does not offer refunds for subscription fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without the express written permission of Leadomatic.

9. Termination

If your account is terminated, you will lose access to any data, leads, or content stored on the Platform. Upon termination, any outstanding fees become immediately due.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadomatic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business.

Leadomatic’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Leadomatic makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Platform or its content. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leadomatic, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any third-party rights.
